Junior Competition coordinator
Job Duties:
1.To contact the LTA for information on organising competition at the club (Grade 6, 5 and 4)
2.To inform the competing children on which tournament is adequate to them.
3.To provide the details of each entered tournament to their parents.
4.To collect payment (if required).
5.To inform the competing children how many tournaments they still need to play to be offered a place the following year.
6.To provide external results to the Director of Tennis.
7.To enter internal results onto the LTA "Result Manager” tool.

Media manager
Job Duties:
1.Writes and edits all tennis-related news for the club newsletter (includes photos when possible).
2.Constantly update website, Facebook and Twitter account
3.Prepare weekly articles to appear in the local press
4.Create and deliver proactive and effective PR plans to promote all of 10is’ activities. This includes tactical and local campaigns, press visits and media relations and capitalising on topical, relevant opportunities in the regional and local news agenda.
5.Create and write press releases to raise ETC’s profile generally, and the profile of specific 10is’ activities.
6.To sell-in stories of interest to local and national media, working closely with colleagues throughout 10is.
7.Ensure any colleagues involved in any press features are well briefed with key messages.
8.Develop and maintain relationships with external media providers and journalists.
9.Constantly monitor and analyse press output and coverage achieved.
10.Build and maintain internal relationships across all areas of ETC, in order to source relevant PR stories.
11.To act as the point of contact for journalists or any other publicity.
12.To be the main point of contact for all media enquiries.
13.Undertake any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Media Relations Manager.

SPONSORSHIP Officer
Job Duties:
1.Develop and implement overall sponsorship policy.
2.Develop and implement overall sponsorship sales strategy.
3.Identify and continually update prospect list.
4.Prepare master sponsor sales materials ± proposals, contracts, and promotional agreements.
5.Conduct value assessment for event proposals and partnership packages.
6.Arrange meetings with interested sponsor prospects.
7.Tailor sponsorship sales materials and promotional programs to targeted categories and companies.

WELFARE Officer
Job Duties:
1.Assist the club to fulfil its responsibilities to safeguard children and Vulnerable Adults
2.Assist the club to implement its Safe guarding and Child Protection Policy.
3.To be the first point of contact for staff, volunteers, parents and children/young people where incidents or concerns of poor practice are identified.
4.Be the first point of contact with the LTA Governing Body name Welfare Officer.
5.Implement the club’s reporting and recording procedures.
6.Maintain contact details for local social services, police and the Area Child Protection Committee.
7.Promote the club’s codes of conducts within the club.
8.Sit on the club’s management committee.
9.Ensure confidentiality is maintained.
10.Promote anti-discriminatory practice. Basic knowledge of and/or familiarity with the pertinent legislation and Government guidance relevant to this role.

JUNIOR SOCIAL EVENT Officer
Job Duties:
1.researching markets to identify opportunities for events;
2.liaising with parents to ascertain their precise event requirements;
3.producing detailed proposals for events (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets);
4.agreeing to, and managing a budget;
5.securing and booking a suitable venue or location;
6.ensuring insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are adhered to;
7.coordinating venue management, caterers, stand designers, contractors and equipment hire;
8.organising facilities for car parking, traffic control, security, first aid, hospitality and the media;
9.identifying and securing speakers or special guests;
10.planning room layouts and the entertainment programme, scheduling workshops and demonstrations;
11.coordinating staffing requirements and staff briefings;
12.preparing delegate packs and papers;
13.liaising with marketing and PR colleagues to promote the event;
14.coordinating suppliers, handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly;
15.overseeing the dismantling and removal of the event and clearing the venue efficiently;

Junior tennis coordinator (Position filled)
Job Duties:
1.Call new members in order to conduct a tennis orientation into the facility/programs available.
2.To ensure registers and attendances are up to date.
3.Liaise between coaching team and Committee.
4.Liaise between coaching team and Parents.
5.Keep parents and players informed on all coaching offers and dates.
6.Collect money from parents.
7.Create database of all past and present players
